STUFFED Bacon Cheddar Burger Pie

Start a new tradition or create some excitement with this stuffed burger pie recipe.


  • 1 Cardinal STUFFED Bacon Cheddar Beef Burger – frozen
  • 10 x 15” Puff Pastry Sheet – thawed
  • Egg wash

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven 375 F
  2. Place puff pastry on a clean flat suface, lightly dusted with flour
  3. Cut 8” round base and 6.5” round top
  4. Place base on a parchment lined baking tray
  5. Brush edges with egg wash
  6. Place Cardinal Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Burger in the center of the puff pastry round
  7. Place the 6.5″ round top on top of burger patty
  8. Begin to fold outer edge inwards and continue around the burger edge until all the edges are folded in
  9. Eggwash the entire surface and in the center mark an X with a knife or fork
  10. Place into fridge to let rest for 15 mins
  11. Eggwash one more time before placing in preheated oven
  12. Bake for 40-45 mins or until dark golden brown
  13. Let cool 10-15 mins before serving
